The rural people are acutely suffering not only from illiteracy, ignorance and superstitions but also from lack of medical facilities. For the benefit of such remote rural and agency population, Awareness meetings, Medical camps, Eye camps, Blood donation camps are being organized by UARDT, which is leaving no stone unturned in this direction for their welfare.
Medical Camps:

The trust organizes free medical and health care camps at many villages and towns and distributes preventive and remedial homoeopathic and also allopathic medicines.
Free eye care camps:

Trust organizes free eye check up camps including eye operations for the poor in the rural areas.
Free veterinary Medical camps:

The trust also organizes free veterinary medical camps in rural areas to help the poor farmers and distributes preventive and remedial veterinary medicine to promote the health of their livestock.
Blood donation Camps:

The trust is conducting many voluntary blood-donation the Blood donation Camps and donating blood to the persons who are under emergency care.
In a Brain Fever (Encephalitis) Prevention campaign held on 17-Sep-2000 at Pithampuram the Chairman - UARDT while administering the preventinve pills as oral dose to the children
An eye camp organised on 25-Jun-2000 at Pithapuram
In a medical camp held on 27-Aug-2000 at Venkayyapalem village of Visakha District the Chairman - UARDT with team of Doctors while inaugurating Medical camp.
In a Blood donation camp held at Pithapuram on 17-Sep-2000 the Chairman UARDT while inaugurating the camp along wiht D.M & H.O , M.O - Blood Bank, Muncipal Chairman and team of Doctors
In a "Family Planning Education" Seminar conducted at Kovvada village of East Godavari District on 26-Mar-2000 the Chairman UARDT along with DRO.
