Free Swine Flu preventive homeo medicine is distributed by UARDT at Pithapuram on
27th
Aug 2009 |
Currently Siwne flu is spreading in our country, to prevent Swine flu UARDT has
conducted preventive homeo medicine camp at Sri Viswa Viznana Vidhya Aadhyatmika
peetham, Pithapuram on 27th Aug 2009. Dr.Umar Alisha, Chairman UARDT and
current head of the Peetham has started this camp and distributed free homeo medicine
to prevent Swine Flu. During this camp Dr.Umar alisha has explained that by taking
this medicine it improves the immunity thus minimises the chances of conracting
Swine
Flu.
UARDT is prepared for distributing preventive medicine for 3,50,000 people in the
initial phase in the Peetham ashrams situated in East Godavari,West Godavari,Visakha,
Srikakulam,Krishna, Vijayanagaram and Hyderabad.
Preventive medicine will be available for free at Mohiddin Badhusha memorial multi
speciality homeo clinic situated near Pithapuram Old bustand during this week.
In this programme Dr.Anand Kumar Pingali,Secretary & Co-ordinator UARDT, Dr.Ammaji,
Sri V.B.Bhavathi , D.G.M, Andhra Bank and volunteers of UARDT has participated.

Observing following important precautions will help minise the risk of contracting
Swine Flu:
Hygiene
Good personal hygiene is one of the most effective ways of reducing the spread of
the virus. Washing your hands thoroughly and regularly with soap and warm water
is critical in minimizing the risk of spreading H1N1 flu virus.
Other personal hygiene tips include:
- overing your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
- This can reduce the risk of spreading or catching the virus.
- Disposing of dirty tissues promptly and carefully.
- Avoiding touching your eyes and mouth with your hands.
- Avoid eating and drinking on public transport
