Umar Alisha Rural Development Trust has organised a Free Surgical Eye Camp and
Free Homoeo medical Camp at Gudem (Village), Gurla Mandal, Vizainagaram District
on 7-01-2009 from 9 am to 3pm.
The Free Surgical eye camp was organised in association with Sankar Foundation
Eye Hospital, Visakhapatnam. In this camp nearly 200 patients were screened and
50 were selected for free cataract surgeries. The rest were given treatment and
free medicines. In the Free Homoeo Medical Camp 300 patients were treated and
given free medicines.
In this camp Dr Ananda Kumar Pingali, Secretary, UARDT, N.T.V. Prasad Varma,
Programme officer, N.S.S, And NSS Students of Dharmapuri College, Vizainagaram,
Staff of Snakar Foundation have participated and rendered their services. This
